• Multi-level Homes - 1400 square feet minimum for top two floors

• All square footage minimums are above front yard grade

• 10' side yard setbacks, 25' street side and 25' back yard

• Uniform mailboxes

• Sidewalk and concrete approach to be installed by buyer

• Two street trees planted by buyer

• Minimum 2 car attached garage
