  • Picture and information is being updated on our website page for the Commons Water Mngt Project

  • Working to explore and develop electronic communication options.

  • We anticipate HOA expense increases for 2026 due to new or increased insurance, city, utility and website fees. We will discuss how this impacts our budget in our next annual meeting.

  • Welcome to all new residents! We're glad to have you join us and encourage you to contact us with any questions, concerns or feedback.

Highlights From the 2025 annual meeting

Discussion took place about the Commons Water Mngt Project and updates were reviewed that occurred over this past year. Two phases/years remain.

The board is working to explore additional ways to communicate with and offer important updates directly to all our community members. If you've not shared your email address with us, please do so you can be included! As part of this we're exploring ways to create an electronic newsletter.

2025 Dues will be Invoiced for July 1st and due by July 31st 2025. They get mailed out near the end of June. DUES will stay the same at $100 for 2025. There remains enough money in reserves to complete this next phase of the common area landscape project and other budgeted annual expenses.

Additional discussions...

We are looking for volunteers to join our  Committees! Summer Wind has a number of ways residents can get involved and support our neighborhood.

Opportunities can include helping to welcome new residents, planning activities and events throughout the year, assisting with the maintenance of our community spaces and gardens, and supporting HOA admin needs - such as website development and electronic communications/newsletter, etc.

Please see the HOA Committee section to get additional information and let us know if you have new ideas!

~Contact the board if interested.
